All November27 pieces are individually handmade to order.
After placing your order, please contact us at info.november27@gmail.com. We will send you the available colour palette and confirm your preferred size, body length and sleeve length before production begins.
Each piece is made according to your individual needs. Production time, including shipping is 14-18 days from the confirmation of all order details.
All made-to-order pieces require 100% payment in advance. Production begins once the payment and all customisation details have been confirmed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As each piece is individually made to order according to your selected colour, size and measurements, made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Please make sure that all details are correct before confirming your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before production begins.
This does not affect any rights you may have in the case of defective or incorrectly supplied item.
